SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on by-bree.com (the "Site") operated by Breez.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed. Please review your order details carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping Methods:
We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and international shipping. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Timeframes:
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery from the date of shipment.

3. International Shipping

Customs and Duties:
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Breez is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Hong Kong, and countries within the European Union. For customers in these locations, we apologize for the inconvenience.

International Delivery:
International orders typically take 5-7 business days from shipping date, excluding any customs processing time which varies by country.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking Updates:
Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. International tracking may be limited once the package leaves the United States.

Missing Tracking:

5. Delivery Issues

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Breez is not responsible for delivery delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.

Failed Delivery:
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package from a local facility.

Unclaimed Packages:
Packages that are unclaimed from the carrier and returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Domestic Orders:
For packages that are lost or damaged during transit, report the issue within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number and any photos of damaged items. We will either replace the item or provide a refund at our discretion.

International Orders:
For international orders that are lost or damaged, report the issue within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number and any photos of damaged items. We will either replace the item or provide a refund at our discretion.

Limitations:
Breez is not responsible for:
• Packages shown as "Delivered" by the carrier
• Packages lost or damaged due to customs inspection
• Delays or losses due to incorrect address information
